Meet Jose Carballedo

Drawn to Real Estate by a passion for the Bay Area and
architecture as a form of livable art, I came from a different
trade: Travel and Hospitality Industry and marketing (UC
Berkeley Regents)
I have spent a good part of my life traveling extensively
and conducting business all over the West Coast of the
U.S., particularly California and the Bay Area. I ran my
own business successfully since 1993, Inbound Tour
Operator/Destination Management Company: J&L
International Tours 
I understand that the purchase of a home, is one of the
most nerve racking experiences we all face. I think
preparation is the strategy to follow for the ultimate
successes. Having travel with groups of 40 plus people
into foreign countries, different cultures and unexpected
situations an bring them all to a safe and fulfilling
experience has taught me that anticipating the issue is the
master key.
Today I want to guide you through the process of meeting

apartment; locating land for your project or selling your

I started investing in Real Estate, nationally and
internationally back in 2013 and want to share my
experience with you.
